Lymphoma
The most common genetic abnormality in follicular lymphoma (FL) is t(14;18), which involves the BCL2 gene and the IGH gene, with an incidence of 70% to 95%;
The 2018 edition of the CSCO guidelines states that if the patient is young and has a focal lesion and no expression of BCL2 or no t(14;18), it is necessary to do a BCL6 translocation to identify the pediatric type of FL ( PTFL) with high Ki-67 (>30%), almost all cases of PTFL have a limited phenotype, are mostly male, and require treatment in addition to surgical resection, or if surgical resection is not possible, radiotherapy to the involved site (ISRT) or chemotherapy with the R-CHOP regimen.
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
Mutual translocation of IGH and BCL2 is the second most common translocation abnormality in CLL.
